Light, zesty and creamy 3-ingredient salad dressing

Bored of your standard French dressing, or olive oil, balsamic, lemon, garlic, honey and mustard combo? If you’re looking to jazz up boring salads with a tangy, creamy and light dressing, prepare to meet your new addiction.

All you need is:

  • Fat free yoghurt (the runny kind)
  • White wine vinegar
  • Fresh dill

That’s it! This dressing is perfect with my Napa salad recipe, poured over a simple wedge salad, or even served as a dip.

Method:

1. In a small bowl, combine about 6 tablespoons of runny fat free yoghurt with 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar and a handful of fresh chopped dill. Whisk together, and season to taste. I like mine with a little bit of honey, or for an added kick, add a few dashes of Tabasco, a squeeze of lemon juice, 1 crushed garlic clove and half a teaspoon of Dijon mustard.

2. Cover and store in the refrigerator up to one week.
