The easiest canape to put together – you just need two ingredients! I like to stuff my peppadews with cream cheese, but they taste equally wonderful with soft goats cheese.
You will need:
- 1 jar of peppadew peppers (about 20 – 30 in a jar)
- 1 packet of cream cheese
- Just fill each peppadew with the cream cheese – about half a teaspoon in each one. You can use a teaspoon to fill them but it’s easier to do with a piping bag fitted with a 1/4-inch round tip – this makes it very easy to neatly fill each pepper completely full!
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later – they are best served at room temperature.
