If you’ve over-indulged a bit at the weekend or are feeling a bit bloated, or even if you just want to get the week off to a great start, this breakfast smoothie is refreshing and filling, and it will keep you feeling full for hours!

You will need:

  • 1 banana,Β chopped
  • 1/2 celery stick, chopped
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 5 tablespoons of yoghurt

Method:

Just pop it all in your blender or nutribullet (or cut the fruit & veg into really small pieces and use a hand-blender) and whizz it together for a healthy and filling breakfast on the go!
